Does Hire Insight have a Live Status page?
Tip: The Live Status page can only be accessed from HireInsight.io, not from within the App.
For speedy access the webpage URL can be bookmarked.
Access the website by typing the following URL into your browser:
The Hire Insight web site will open.
Scroll to the Footer at bottom of the page and navigate to Information where Status is listed with a green dot next to it. Click on Status.
Tip: The Status footer is accessible from any page on the Hire Insight website
A new window will open showing the current Live status for:

Demo account
Client / Candidate portals
SurrealDB database
Each bar on the scale represents one day, any red bars indicate an outage, hovering over the red bar will show details of the length of time the service was down.
The response time graph at the bottom of the page shows the length of time taken for each database query response.
