Why doesn't a Contact show when I Search?

If a Contact does not show when you search, check the following:

1. FILTER

Make sure you do not have a filter turned on in Contacts.

Click on the dropdown menu to select All contacts.

2. TYPOS IN THE NAME

The most common error which occurs is when an extra space is added at the end of a Name in the dynamic Search box.

Take care to type the contact name correctly without additional spaces.
