Why Won't the Contact Information Save?
If you are entering Contact information and find it will not save, always check the following:
CONTACT EMAIL ALREADY EXISTS
The email address you have entered is already in use for another contact, or for the same contact in a previously setup profile.
When a duplicate email address is entered into the Contact profile, a warning message will popup to indicate the email address is already assigned to another contact, and provide the name of the contact.

Alternatively, to identify where the email address is in use in Contacts, set up a Smart filter for the email and search your Contacts

COUNTRY
When adding an address to a Contact or Organisation, the content entered will not ‘save’ until a country is selected.
Tip: Select the correct Country name from the dropdown list in the Create contact window
For example, USA is not recognised in Hire Insight, the correct name is United States.
