Assigning tasks to your team members is a must when it comes to delivering a project. This allows you to see who is responsible for what and gives ownership of tasks to your team. Tasks can be viewed as in list style or kanban, and filtering by team member makes viewing easy.

Are you working on it, overdue, or done? Thanks to the status button, you and your teammates can see at a glance.

When a task is completed you can simply switch the status to “COMPLETED”. Choose whether to show completed tasks or hide.

With Hireinsight.io you can have conversations in context and centralise communication in one place. This makes things easy to refer back to at a later date and ensure nothing gets missed.
Conversations are called Notes and can be added from the Contact Profile This is how activity is recorded and can be viewed chronologically in the Contact Activity tab.

4. VISUALISE PROGRESS
The Kanban view in Task Manager allows you to get a visual representation of time. It makes it easy to see progress across all the tasks your team is working on, or filter by individual team members.
5. IMPORT PROFILES DIRECT FROM LINKEDIN
Yes, you read correctly! With the nifty LinkedIn import button you can now import your contact profiles direct from LinkedIn without having to manually input candidate experience and background information.

With one click on “Import Profile” the Education and Experience tabs will auto-populate.


6. MANAGE ENTIRE CAMPAIGNS
HireInsight.io allows you to manage the entire campaign process without having to switch between different platforms. From the Campaign Setup through to completion, every stage is visible from the campaign dashboard.
Candidates can be viewed and filtered to show all candidates , or simply the ones who are being screened.

Each candidate profile is detailed and accessible in one click from the campaign dashboard. Candidates complete screening questions and provide a brief video which are stored together with CV and behavioural traits survey information. All elegantly presented and ready for the client to review via their own secure confidential link to HireInsight.io.
