What is an Opportunity Pipeline?

Tip: A Pipeline is a collection of business development opportunities that need to be followed up on in the same way.

Navigate to Manage opportunities on the lefthand toolbar. Click here to open Opportunities.

The Opportunities dashboard opens.

Each Pipeline has a defined workflow according to the type of opportunity.

Scrolling over the individual Pipeline tiles will reveal a pop up window with a summary:

Which Contacts are to be added

Number of stages defined for the Pipeline

Each Pipeline can be set up to reflect the different types of your business development opportunities, with a different set of follow-up stages.
