How do I Delete a Task?
Tip: Deleting a Task can be done without interrupting your workflow or navigating to the Task Manager. Deleting and editing Tasks is possible in multiple areas of Hire Insight.
TASKS
Navigate to the Task tab on the left tool bar and click to open up Task manager. Select your preferred Layout view for Tasks from List, Columns or Calendar: 
Select and click on Task to be deleted to open the pop up window. Within the window there are multiple options for editing the Task, Marking as complete or deleting. Click bin icon to delete.
Task is removed from the Task manager and any other area of Hire Insight.
CONTACTS
To delete a Task within a Contact profile, navigate to the profile within the Contacts tab. Select the Activity summary from the top toolbar and Tasks assigned to the Contact will be visible.
Click on the Task and a pop up will appear which allows editing and deleting. Click on the bin icon and the Task will be deleted, no longer visible in the Contact Activity summary or the Task manager.
ORGANISATIONS
To delete a Task within an Organisation profile, navigate to the profile within the Organisations tab. Select the Activity summary from the top toolbar and Tasks assigned to the Organisation will be visible.
Clicking on the Task will open a pop up window which allows editing and deleting the Task. Click on the bin icon to delete.
OPPORTUNITY PIPELINES
To delete a task in a Contact profile within an Opportunity Pipeline, navigate to Opportunities and select the Contact profile. Click on the Contact and their profile will open. Select the Activity summary from the top tool bar and Tasks will be visible.
Select and click on the Task, a pop up window will appear allowing editing and deleting. Click on the bin icon and the Task will be removed from the Activity summary and the Task manager.
CAMPAIGNS
To delete a Task from the Campaign screen, navigate the Campaign and select the Activity summary. Task will be visible.
Click on the Task and a pop up window appears. This allows the Task to be edited or deleted. Click the bin icon to delete and the Task will be removed from the Activity summary and the Task manager.
