Creating the Campaign Elements - Dashboard
Tip: The Dashboard enables you to choose which information is visible to your clients in the Client Portal Flightdeck.
Restrict or share Campaign progress, Compensation information, Candidate details and more.
Click on Manage Campaigns on the lefthand toolbar.

Select the Campaign from the list of Campaigns.

Click on Campaign setup at the top righthand side of the page.

In the Set up section, click on the Dashboard tile.

The Dashboard popup will open.
In the lefthand pane the details of the client will show along with the recruiter details. The thumbnails show which clients can view the dashboard.

The Dashboard tabs allow you to configure the settings for the following areas in the Client portal:
Timeline
Salaries
Progress
Candidates
TIMELINE
Click on the Timeline tab and use the dropdown options to select whether the Project timeline should be visible to clients in the Client Flightdeck.

When Yes is selected the Timeline will be visible in the Client Portal Flightdeck.

SALARIES
Click on the Salaries tab and use the drop down options to choose whether the salary breakdown chart will be visible to clients in the Client Flightdeck.

When Yes is selected the Compensation Breakdown will be visible in the Client Portal Flightdeck.

PROGRESS
Click on the Progress tab and use the drop down options to choose whether the Progress chart will be visible to clients in the Client Flightdeck.

When Yes is selected the Search progress breakdown will be visible in the Client Portal Flightdeck.

CANDIDATES
Click on the Candidates tab and use the drop down options to select whether the following information will be visible to clients in the Client Flightdeck.
Candidate Longlist
Candidate Shortlist
Map showing candidate locations
Candidate details visible or anonymised

The selections chosen will control what details are visible in the Client Portal Flightdeck in the Candidates tab.
