How to Log in for Clients and Candidates
The Google and Microsoft options require that your Client's contact record has been previously set up with the email address you use to access the Google or Microsoft services.
If your HireInsight.io account has been set up with a different email you won’t be able to login with Google or Microsoft.
Clients and candidates will log in to their portals using the recruiters account name as a prefix.

To check the correct recruiter name, click on Configure settings.

Select Account this will show the correct account name.

The URL required will be [account name].hireinsight.io/signin type this into the browser search box and press Enter.
The login page shows the logo of the recruiter account, not the Hire Insight logo.
Select Login with email

In the next window, the candidate or client will enter their email (it is not case sensitive) and click on Continue with email

A login code is automatically generated and sent to the client or candidate's email inbox.
They must navigate to their inbox for the email containing their login code.
The code is case sensitive so its advisable to copy and paste the code from the email to the login box.

Click on Continue with login code

The landing page for the client or candidate portal will show, with an overview of the recruiter on the lefthand side, the client or candidate's image and tiles for any role or roles that are relevant to this individual.
