I've Received Multiple Login Codes, which one should I use?

Login codes, or Confirmation codes, are required when logging in to Client or Candidate portals. 

The Clients and Candidates will have been added to a Campaign and invited, by a recruiter, to access the Campaign via their respective portals.

The login process requires the Client or Candidate to use the email address that is set up in their Contact profile, they do not need a separate password.

There are a few rules regarding the Confirmation codes, which you may find helpful if your Client/Candidate finds the codes don't work:

  • There is only one 'live' Confirmation code
  • The latest code will always be the 'live' Confirmation code, so if the Client/Candidate has clicked Continue with email multiple times, they will not be able to login using older codes. 
  • All Confirmation codes expire once they have been used successfully, or superseded with a fresh code, or after 30 minutes.
