Creating the Campaign Elements - Timeline

Tip: Use Timeline to manage project objectives, milestones, stages and due dates.

Keep the Client up to date with their Campaign progress.

Display completed tasks and upcoming project milestones on their Client dashboard.

  1. SETTING UP A CAMPAIGN TIMELINE

Click on Manage Campaigns on the lefthand toolbar.

Select the Campaign from the list of Campaigns.

Read how to Create a Campaign here.


Click on Campaign setup at the top righthand side of the page.

On the Campaign Setup screen, select the Timeline tile and click to open.

In the Timeline popup window, click on Add new entry.

Complete the information for the entry:

Enter the name of this milestone

Start date

Due date


When all information is added, click + to save the new stage.

The new stage will now show in the Client portal in the Flightdeck Campaign Timeline. Completed stages will be shaded in blue, 



  1. DELETING A TIMELINE STAGE



To delete a stage in the Campaign timeline, select the stage and click on the trash button to the righthand side. The selected stage will be deleted and will no longer appear in the Flightdeck Campaign Timeline in the Candidate Portal.
