How to resync a LinkedIn profile
Contact profiles in Hire Insight show how recently the profile was synced with LinkedIn, you can find this information directly beneath the person’s name.
Resyncing the profile can be done in a single click. Navigate to the ‘Resync’ icon and click to update the details.
TIP: A LinkedIn resync will not update the original import options selected when the profile was imported from LinkedIn.
The tool bar icon will spin whilst the update is taking place, and the sync icon below the Contact image will spin.
An alert is received once the resync is completed.
A resync will update the name, headline, employment, education, skills, summary and image from LinkedIn.
