How to Refresh the Hire Insight App
Tip: Occasionally interruptions to your internet connection may cause updates and additions not to be visible in your app. Don’t worry, they are still there!
Refreshing the app will restore their visibility.
From any page on the Hire Insight App, navigate to the curved arrow icon on the top tool bar.

Click the curved arrow icon and the App will begin to reload.

Momentarily the App will disappear from your screen as it reloads, once it reappears it will be refreshed and any updates, additions and changes will show correctly.
Tip: For MAC OS users, the shortcut for an App refresh is pressing the CMD + R keys simultaneously.
